The products will be sent to the address provided by the user through this website.
Please carefully inspect the package upon delivery. If the package shows signs of having been opened or damaged, we recommend refusing it and notifying Amelia's immediately. Leben to initiate the corresponding claim.
If a change of address is requested after the order has left our facilities, the customer will have to pay the additional cost involved in said modification.
We are not responsible for delays or non-compliance due to force majeure (events, accidents, strikes, etc.).
Amelia's Leben will not be responsible for the actions of the courier companies used to make the shipments.
Orders are shipped via MRW. Approximate delivery times and costs are detailed below:
- Canary Islands: 2-3 business days. Cost: €5. Free shipping on orders over €150.
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 4-6 business days. Cost: €6.90. Free shipping on orders over €160.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. In-stock items will be prepared within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Note: The prices shown are for packages up to 1 kg. For orders weighing or exceeding this weight, the shipping cost may vary. In such cases, the customer will be informed before shipment.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Amelia's At Leben, we accept returns of our products provided the following conditions are met:
- The deadline to request a refund is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
- The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and must retain its original packaging.
- Returns will be made by mail or courier (MRW), both from the Canary Islands and from the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs:
- From the Canary Islands: estimated cost €5.
- From the Peninsula and Balearic Islands: estimated cost €6.90.
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, it will be exchanged for another item from the store, subject to stock availability. No refunds will be issued.

In the event that the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error by the company or the courier, Amelia's Leben will cover the costs of collection and reshipment. It is important to report any issues within 24 hours of receipt by writing to info@ameliasleben.com and attaching photographs of the condition of the package and product.
For orders shipped to other European countries, the exchange or return periods will also be 15 calendar days, but the shipping and return costs will be communicated to the customer before confirming the transaction, without setting specific values in this policy.
No returns will be accepted for promotional or personalized products.
