Scope of application:

These shipping policies apply to all purchases made through our physical store, online store, and social media.

Shipping times and rates:

CANARY ISLANDS

The maximum weight to be transported is 25 Kg per package and 200 cm adding length, height and width.

Packages exceeding 1 meter (total length + height + width ) will be subject to the Volumetric Weight (length * height * width / 3000)

Transit time : Next business day delivery.

PENINSULA

The maximum weight to be transported is 25 Kg per package and 100 cm adding length, height and width.

Packages exceeding 1 meter (total length + height + width ) will be subject to the Volumetric Weight (length * height * width / 6000)

Transit time : Next business day delivery of documents, samples, please consult your franchise.

EUROPE

High demand top-up €1.50 except for the United Kingdom where it costs €5.00.

Handling surcharges (effective 08.03.2025): Weight -> €20 per package (applicable to packages with an actual weight > 30 kg) | Dimensions -> €37 per package (applicable to packages with the second longest side > 76 cm) | Packaging -> €14.50 per package (applicable when the package is irregular, made of wood or polystyrene, plastic, cylindrical, tubular, or pneumatic). IMPORTANT: If several handling surcharges apply, the highest one will be applied. This applies to multi -package shipments if there are several high charges for each type of surcharge.

Countries with a fee for shipping documents (up to 250 g): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland , Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Norway (Oslo), Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. Zone 2: Not applicable to shipments destined for the Channel Islands.

Destinations and transit times

TRANSIT OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipment transit times are estimates and refer to the arrival of document shipments in major cities of each destination country. The specified transit times correspond to the minimum number of business days, estimated from the shipment's departure date from the International Platforms, and are subject to possible customs procedures in non-EU countries. Some of our operational phases and international rates may be affected by high demand, and also by Brexit in the case of the United Kingdom.

Order processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order for a full refund.

Order confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking information :

All orders include a tracking number that will be provided via email, allowing you to track its status directly on the courier service's website.

Shipping addresses :

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address; once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made to it.

Shipping issues :

If an order has not been delivered within the estimated time or if loss or damage has occurred during shipping, please inform us immediately at info@ameliasleben.com to begin the claim process with the courier company.
